Experienced in culturing and treating neuroblastoma and osteosarcoma human and mouse cell lines.

Drug response and cytotoxic assay

Proficient in designing drug treatment layouts and measuring cell metabolic activities using MTT, alamar blue, and crystal violet assays.

Protein-based assay

Skilled in conducting and troubleshooting protein-based assays, including Western Blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence. `

Comet assay

Experienced in conducting comet assays, from setting up experiments to capturing images using Zeiss or Leica microscopes.

PCR/RT-qPCR

Proficient in running PCR and RT-qPCR experiments, including DNA and RNA extraction from mammalian cells, setting up reaction tubes and plates, running gel electrophoresis, and interpreting the resulting images.

Molecular cloning

Knowledgeable in designing gRNA for gene knockout in vitro, performing guide RNA annealing, vector digestion, and re-annealing. Familiar with agar plate selection for recombinant vector identification, expanding vectors in LB medium, and plasmid collection using midi/miniprep techniques.
